Silken Tofu
Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free
Nasoya
1/2 tub Nasoya® Silken or Lite Silken Tofu
1 ripe avocado
1 t lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 t salt
1 T chopped cilantro
1 T finely chopped onion
In a blender, blend the tofu, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cilantro until smooth. Place mixture in bowl and stir in onions. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve chilled.
